   • Contributed to the group's new enterprise portal, implementing the order management, production, after-sales service and repair modules.
   • Develop and support Rahkaran, Systems Group's web-based ERP, building custom forms, workflows and business rules.
   • Applied machine learning to customer segmentation.
   • Built an intelligent tool that extracts data from PDF documents.
   • Developed a form builder for designing, generating code for and publishing organizational forms.
   • Implemented workflows, task inboxes and process notifications, and synchronized data between the new portal and existing systems.
   • Build and maintain Power BI reports and management dashboards with Excel export.
